Eubegins Heating & Air is a referral service. We connect homeowners who need heating or cooling help with independent providers. This page is for contractors who want those homeowner calls. It is not a job posting. Eubegins Heating & Air does not hire employees to do HVAC work.

Who We Are Looking For

We look for independent businesses that serve Sayreville and the Sayreville area and handle one or more of these services:

  • AC repair, including urgent cooling problems
  • AC installation and replacement
  • Furnace repair and furnace replacement

Experience with older homes is a plus. Think basement units, stone and block foundations, patched ductwork, and the odd surprises behind old walls.

What We Expect

Homeowners are often stressed when they reach out. We ask every provider in our network to meet a simple standard:

  • Hold the licenses and insurance required in New Jersey, and be ready to share proof when asked
  • Explain the problem in plain words
  • Give a written quote before major work begins
  • Be honest about timing and avoid promises you cannot keep
  • Tell the homeowner before the price changes
  • Respect the home and the person living in it

Say a homeowner asks why a part needs replacing. A good provider answers clearly and patiently. That is the kind of provider we want.

How the Referral Model Works

You stay independent. You set your own prices, schedule, and service area. You do the work and stand behind it. Referral fees may apply when a homeowner connects with you, and the terms are shared before you join.

How to Apply

  • The services you offer
  • Your license and insurance details
  • A short note about the kinds of homes you work on most

We review each application and reply by email. Joining is not automatic.
