How to Make a Complaint

A homeowner talking with an HVAC provider beside an outdoor AC unit in Sayreville

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Eubegins Heating & Air to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please say so. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Eubegins Heating & Air
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Involves a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, prices, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If you have trouble with work done in your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Eubegins Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, process warranty claims, refund money for a provider's work or decide things on a provider's behalf.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@eubegins.garden and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Next we will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with an HVAC contractor, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help too.
